Church is risky. A bunch of people you don’t know singing songs with words you rarely use, and before you even get to know anyone they’re asking you for money! The whole thing is centered on this mysterious person none of us have ever seen and yet everyone acts like he’s their best friend. While we cannot fix all the awkwardness, we want to at least give you a good idea of what to expect when you come to Disciples Church.

UNIQUE EXPERIENCES:

• We are a brand new church, small in number and huge on connections. Chances are, after your first week, someone will know your name.
• Most weeks we have a panel discussion with a few folks at the end of the service responding to YOUR questions received via text message.
• Excellent kids service. We have a nursery for babies, preschool class, and elementary class for elementary age.

WHAT YOU’LL SEE:

• Married couples, single parents, 20-something hipsters, professionals in their 40′s and everything in between.
• A very casual atmosphere of people who genuinely enjoy being together.
• A school gym. We’ve gone to some lengths to make it warm and inviting, but it is what it is.

WHAT YOU’LL HEAR:

• Good music.
• Kids laughing (and sometimes screaming).
• A message for today. Stu typically speaks 20-25 minutes straight from the Bible.

WHAT YOU’LL TASTE:

• Excellent drip & french press coffee provided by our good friends at Caffe Santoro.
• If you get here a few minutes early there are a few pastries out too.
