The culmination of 3 weeks talking about God’s heart for treasure is now put into practical action. In short, however, the leadership of Disciples Church felt so moved by the Spirit to lead the way in Giving Good Gifts we have decided to put a little over one-week’s worth of giving right back to the people of Disciples Church in much the same way as the Master in the Parable of the Talents told by Jesus in Matthew 25:14-30.

In the Parable a master brings his three servants together and announces he will going away on a long journey and before leaving entrusts to each of these three servants three different amounts of earthly wealth to invest for the master’s gain while he is away from his estate.

Jesus has entrusted to us to be His hands and feet of love until His return. We take this responsibility and opportunity very seriously. So it is with joyful and excited hearts we send out the people of Disciples Church entrusted with a piece of earthly resource to be used to spread beauty in Folsom this week.
